Owners Need to Submit Contact Information and Receive the HOA's Now News Newsletter
It’s important for the HOA to maintain a current list of contact information for all Lake Cliffe owners. It is also important for owners to get updates on news and what is going on with the HOA by signing up for the Lake Cliffe Board’s Now News Newsletter.

Our History
Lake Cliffe Condominium Association has been part of the Dillon culture since 1972.
We have 121 units consisting of one, two and three bedroom floorplans.
Of these, 119 units are individually owned and 2 are owned by the association. Our five residential buildings are accompanied by a clubhouse with a pool and hot tubs, all located on a lush five acre site on Lake Dillon.
Area:
There are spectacular sunsets over the lake in the warmer months and ice skating in the winter! Keystone Ski Resort is a short eleven minute drive to enjoy over 3100 acres of skiable terrain. The Dillon Marina, Marina Park, Farmers Market, Town Park and Amphitheater are nearby. The Summit County Stage free bus service has stops on La Bonte St and Lake Dillon Drive.
