Trash Dumpsters are located in 3 locations on the property. The West Dumpster is located between E and F Buildings. The Central Dumpster is located between C and B buildings. The East Dumpster is located at the end of A building. 
No furniture, mattresses, televisions, electronics, tires, batteries or other hazardous materials can be put in the dumpster or in the area.  They must be disposed of appropriately.
Boxes disposed of in the dumpster must be broken down.

The Lake Cliffe HOA does not provide recycling service.  Boxes are preferably recycled at one of the several Summit County recycling center locations which also accept other recyclables.  The link to Google Maps for the Summit County Recycle Centers is:

These dumpsters are not for furniture, appliances, mattresses, box springs or other large items.  Arrange your own disposal of these large items to be taken to the nearby land fill between Dillon and Keystone.

Any Trash that does not fit in the trash bins must be taken off site to a local trash facility.  If you are not sure about placing items in the trash bins, please call HM Realty for assistance
at  970-485-1101.

Lake Cliffe guests and owners may only park two vehicles per unit at Lake Cliffe and must display a parking tag on each vehicle.

Replacement for lost parking tags may be obtained by calling HM Realty at 970-485-1101.

If you do not display a parking tag, you risk having your vehicle being towed or booted.
